- Coordinate and manage multiple projects at once from initiation to completion
- Devise creative and effective procedures to enhance efficiency for the company as a whole
- Provide management support that will build internal capacity
- Assist with the planning and development of a wide variety of impactful projects
- Work closely with clients and funders to ensure that the scope, direction, and budget of each project are met
- Maintain accurate systems to track project progress and finances

So, what does it take to succeed in this role? We’re looking for an ambitious individual who can combine self-motivation with impressive organizational skills. You will also require the following:
- An accredited post-secondary education degree or diploma
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can support successful projects and build strong client relations
- Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within defined timelines and with little guidance
- Key personal management skills, including strong communication, accountability, adaptability, problem solving, and a high stress tolerance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google products
- Knowledge of GIS principles would be an asset, but not a requirement
- Valid G Class driver’s license
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident eligible for a permanent work position
