Jordan is the founder of CE Strategies, and since 2010 has led the company through many progressive changes to reflect its growing skillset. He strives to exceed expectations in meeting the needs of clients by providing exceptional service tailored to each unique project. The knowledge and skills Jordan holds have been honed over 20 years of experience working with First Nation communities, conducting traditional knowledge interviews, managing projects, and engaging in economic development practice.

Liam is the Business & Technology Manager at CES, managing the overall methodologies and approaches to CES innumerable services, and responsible for integrating leading edge technologies and techniques into our market offerings.
With the support of the CES team and teachings from our clients, Liam has successfully led projects large and small, bringing a unique perspective to each one that has cemented CES as a deliverer of premium quality products.

With a background in GIS & geomatics, Rylie started out as a GIS Technician helping CES create customized strategies to facilitate positive change in local communities. She has since developed a keen eye for project management and coordination, and leverages this experience in her role as the Business Operations Manager. Rylie continues to provide out-of-the-box solutions to support both our staff and our clients with successfully completing a wide range of projects.

Ericka’s passion for GIS sparked during her studies in Environmental Science at the University of Alberta, and led her to completing a MSc in Geography at Western University. She has worked extensively with wetlands and forests, gaining the practical knowledge that is essential to a strong foundation in understanding land and resource management. At CES, Ericka uses her GIS and environmental experience to provide well-informed and scientifically sound solutions for communities. Considering herself a lifelong learner, she is constantly working to develop her professional and technical skillsets, and loves exploring innovative new technologies that can support her work.

Jarin moved to Thunder Bay to attend Lakehead University, where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Environmental Science with a strong emphasis in remote sensing and image analysis. Since graduating, he has spent the past 15 years working in the natural resources and geomatics field, and after taking an interest in drone technology, became a licensed operator in 2019.

He has extensive experience working in remote environments and he enjoys developing his skillsets in an effort to provide unique perspectives within different projects. Jarin is continuously seeking out opportunities that can harness advancements in technology, and will never say no to a new challenge or experience.

Zach holds a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Manitoba and has a strong background in planning and landscape architecture. He’s passionate about how maps can help create strong connections between people and the natural environment.

As a GIS Technician at CE Strategies, Zach is leveraging his experience as both a teaching and research assistant in all things GIS, and bringing his passion for mapping to develop practical, innovative, and meaningful solutions that benefit local communities.

Angela graduated from Lakehead University with two degrees, her Honors Bachelor of Arts specializing in French as well as with her Bachelor of Education.

Angela has extensive experience in education, farming, and working with the local business community which has equipped her with the skills necessary to build strong and meaningful client relationships.

Taking on this new adventure as a Project Development Coordinator, Angela brings her passion for connecting with people and creating a supportive environment within all of our projects. Her heartfelt dedication ensures that every client feels valued and supported throughout their experience with CES.

Emily graduated from the Business Administration program at Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with a specialized Diploma in Business and Marketing. Her education and work experiences have helped her build a unique portfolio in project management, and eventually compelled her to join CES as the Business Planning Coordinator.

Emily leverages her knowledge of the business world to guide the company through valuable opportunities or challenges, bringing a fresh, creative outlook to new and ongoing initiatives. She welcomes the exciting journey ahead of her, and looks forward to building meaningful professional relationships with our clients.

Mackenzie is a recent graduate from the University of Winnipeg, specializing in International Development Studies. Her strong desire to support community development provided her with the opportunity to gain unique hands-on experience in rural capacity building.

As the Project Development Coordinator at our Winnipeg location, Mackenzie leverages her attention to detail and passion for local empowerment to drive project success within communities across the province.

When Judy isn’t cross-country skiing, canoeing, or enjoying time spent with her family, she’s supporting CES as a Senior Business Advisor. With over 20 years of experience in economic development at the community level, including her time as Executive Director of the Northwestern Ontario Innovation Centre, Judy brings extensive knowledge to developing business and market strategies, obtaining funding, and establishing lasting connections. At CES, Judy‘s guidance is key to growing our potential and broadening our horizons for the business and clients alike.

Callie has an Honours Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University. At CE Strategies she is responsible for payroll and accounts receivable. She has worked for the company since its inception in 2010 as Northern GIS, and through the rebranding in 2014.
