The knowledge and skills Jordan holds have been honed over 17 years of experience working with First Nation communities, conducting Traditional Knowledge interviews, managing projects, and engaging in economic development practice.

Gabrielle holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and International Business with a minor in Economics from Lakehead University. She has over 5 years of project management experience in an extensive range of areas including community consultations, events, emergency management, communications, and business consulting. The vast majority of her professional experience has been working with First Nation organizations and communities.
Natural Resource Development Specialist
Liam joined CE Strategies to continue building practical professional experience in the natural resource management field. Since then, he has assisted in the development of community-driven land use plans, flood claims, and traditional knowledge data collection. As well, he uses advanced GIS technologies to provide grounded, practical simulations and mapping for unique and community-based projects.
Liam has the technical expertise to develop custom solutions for our clients, as well as producing professional quality products.
With her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies and Diploma in Aboriginal Community Advocacy, Ellen strategizes solutions built for communities. Throughout her academic and professional work, she has concentrated on creative and effective strategies to help shape sustainable, community-based development, and strong equitable relations. Her experience working in communities has strengthened her ability to communicate ideas, manage projects, and form working relationships.
Rylie has a passion for the "science of where" which has enabled her to create customized web GIS solutions that facilitate positive change in local communities. Throughout her educational and working experiences in the fields of GIS and Geomatics, she has focused on developing easy-to-use GIS tools to promote informed-decision making on high-stake issues including global greenhouse gas emissions, provincial food bank use, and regional homelessness reduction strategies. Rylie leverages this experience in her work with CE Strategies to provide out-of-the-box mapping solutions for all clients.
Callie has an Honours Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University. At CE Strategies she is responsible for payroll and accounts receivable. She has worked for the company since its inception in 2010 as Northern GIS, and through the rebranding in 2014.
